Ordering:
All items are brand new unless mentioned. New Mind Plus gladly accepts PayPal or credit card payment through PayPal. For more information, visit PayPal website.
Shipping:
New Mind Plus uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for their shipment. Customers may receive an email once their items have been shipped out. The email may contain tracking information.
Returns and Exchanges By Customers:
Most items are returnable and can be exchanged within 7 or 14 days after customers have received them. The item description mentions whether the product falls on a 7 or 14 days policy.
A 15% fee may apply to any item missing from the original retail box, or to any damages done to the box. Defective items caused by human accidents cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please email customer service for a Merchandise Return Number (MRN#) for all returns. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
Used, open-box, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
